The building is equipped with:

  • Fourteen parking spaces on the lower ground floor with access from Petru Vulcan Street. Eight spaces are tiered;
  • Outdoor secured parking;
  • Each floor is equipped with women/men toilets, lounge and smoking room with the possibility of installing a kitchenette;
  • Climat control system with air conditioning and heat recovery (Daikin central control unit for monitoring costs);
  • Viesmann gas heating system, each module being completely separate in terms of heat consumption. The ground floor also benefits from underfloor heating;
  • Access control system and video surveillance;
  • Digital computer network, configurable to client's needs;
  • Digital telephone network controlled by server, which may be modulated according to client's needs;
  • Internet and cable TV can be configured to suit client's needs; the supplier of these services may also be chosen by the client;
  • Central digital smoke, fire, gas and CO alarms;
  • Windows equipped with rails that can be opened.

Tomis Business Center is centered around the client and offers various possibilities of promotion of the client's identity:

  • For the client's logo, Tomis Business Center provides advertising spaces outside the main entrance, in the main hallway and on the hallways of each floor;
  • The Western, Southern and South-Western facades of the building, providing maximum visibility towards Tomis Boulevard and Mircea cel Batran Street, are designed to support outdoor advertising type exposure.

 

Benefiting from a managerial team that is always present and concerned about the client's satisfaction, Tomis Business Center offers services such as:

  • 24h, 7 days a week reception desk and monitoring of the building through closed circuit camera surveillance and security service;
  • Maintenance and cleaning of common spaces;
  • ATM and banking;
